Please include a color or B&W print of the file you want us to output.Wewill also need all supported files (eps, tiff) and include any fonts(bothscreen & printer fonts). Don't forget to tell us what type ofoutputyou need. We must also have a phone number, contact name and credit card# with expiration date.
